A Word from Rosalie...
When I was a little girl, some of my fondest memories were centered around my Nanna and Mother cooking up a feast on an early Sunday morning. The aromas of authentic Sicilian cuisine consisting of Fresh Gravy, Meatballs, Chicken Francese, Eggplant Parmigiana, and mouth watering Arancini (rice balls) filled the air providing me with a sense of solace and comfort. This sense of comfort lasted me throughout my life working in the food industry.

When the pandemic struck our area in March of 2020, the trajectory of food service changed forever. My life in the casual dining industry was over which allowed me to pursue my true passion...creating fresh and delicious food from our kitchen to your table! I hope you enjoy what we have to offer.
